(WXYZ) — Art Van is suspending sales operations at all of its stores due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
The furniture store says this is consistent with guidance issued by federal, state and local public health authorities.
In-store customer pick-up will continue through Sunday, March 22. The store will practice social distancing, hand sanitation and other health and safety guidelines to protect customers and employees.
Distribution center operations will also proceed under social distancing, hand sanitation and other health and safety guidelines.
Sales operations are suspended effective Thursday, March 19.
