(WXYZ) — Henry Ford Health System has implemented temporary visitor restrictions at all Henry Ford facilities.

The number of entrances at facilities are being limited to control access in and out of buildings. Visitors are being screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before entering Henry Ford facilities.

Patient triage tents are set up at all five Henry Ford hospitals in Detroit, Clinton Township, Jackson, West Bloomfield and Wyandotte to meet community needs. The tents are not currently in use, but are staged.

Additionally, Henry Ford Allegiance is operating a drive-through screening center in Jackson.

Effective March 16, Henry Ford laboratory services began in-house same-day testing for COVID-19.
