Those restaurants will have to follow certain rules, including 25% capacity, no more than six people per table and must close at 10 p.m. every night. Nightclubs will have to remain closed.

Indoor concessions can resume at casinos, sporting venues and more.

The state said it has also been closely monitoring three different metrics when making decisions over the past several weeks, all of which are improving.

Finally, the positivity rate is currently at 6.8% and declining.

There have been a total of 544,311 total cases of COVID-19 in Michigan and 14,053 deaths from the virus, as of the latest data from Thursday.
