Michigan reports 1,284 new COVID-19 cases, 75 deaths

(WXYZ) — There are 572,179 total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Michigan, the state reported Thursday.

Additionally, there 15,052 confirmed deaths in relation to the virus.

That's up 1,284 new cases and 75 deaths from the last report on Wednesday. The state reported that 55 of those deaths were from a Vital Records review.

As of Feb. 6, 498,495 have recovered from the virus.
