(WXYZ) — There are 119,567 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Michigan and 6,700 deaths, the state reported Thursday.
That's up 982 cases and 8 deaths from the day before. Six of those deaths were identified through a review of vital records.
According to the state, as of Sept. 18, 90,216 people have recovered from the virus.
As of Sept. 17, there are 67 new outbreaks across the state and 127 ongoing ones.
