(WXYZ) — Rite Aid is expanding their COVID-19 testing to children 4-years-old and older beginning Friday, January 22.

They are also opening new self-swab locations in parts of Detroit, Flint, and Saginaw.

Rite Aid's COVID testing will operate Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Patients are required to pre-register online at www.riteaid.com in order to schedule a time slot for testing. You can find more information, including rules regarding under age patients on the website as well.
