(WXYZ) — Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi and Great Lakes Crossing Outlets are the latest malls in Michigan to closure amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Taubman Centers Inc. announced it was temporarily closing all malls through at least March 29.
“After numerous discussions with state and local officials, we will temporarily cease operations in all but two centers this evening,” said the company’s Chairman, President and CEO Robert S. Taubman. “We are clearly in unprecedented times and this is right decision for our shoppers, retailers, employees and these communities.”
Somerset Collection also announced this week it would close through at least March 27. Partridge Creek said it would reduce its hours, as did Fairlane Town Center.
