(WXYZ) — A new website launched by Nick Britsky of NickDrinks.com is aiming to help bartenders and servers across the country affected by their restaurants and bars being closed.

The website, GoTipem.com, allows bartenders and servers to enter their own digital money transaction names and people can send them a "tip" of $1, $2 or $5, as you would if you were in a restaurant.

Bars and restaurants in Michigan are closed to dine-in customers and are only allowed to stay open for carry-out or delivery, but many have opted to close as it may cost more to stay open for carry out and delivery service.

WXYZ is also gathering a list of GoFundMe pages for restaurants across metro Detroit. You can view those here.
