Highland Park police are investigating after a CPL holder shot and killed a man at a gas station early Saturday morning.
According to police, two men wearing all black came out from behind the gas station on Webb and Hamilton and started shooting.
One man inside a car was a CPL holder and fire back, shooting and killing one of the suspects. The second one got away.
Police don't have a description of the second suspect other than that he is a black male, 5-feet-9.
