Detroit Fire Department arson investigators are on scene after a large warehouse fire near Detroit's Eastern Market was deemed suspicious.

The building on Division St. near Orleans went up in flames around 9:30 a.m. It is connected to the Complete Food Service building but is a separate building.

It is about two blocks east of Eastern Market's Sheds, which were packed with people on a beautiful Saturday morning.

As of 2:30 p.m., crews were still on scene battling hot spots as arson investigators began their investigation.

They started fighting the blaze on the inside, but had to evacuate and continue battling the fire outside because of fears that the roof could collapse.

Joseph Musynski works for the company and says he was arriving when the fire broke out.

"I was pulling around with the delivery truck and there was all the smoke coming out of the back of the building," he said. "I ran inside to the front door with a fire extinguisher and by the time I got to the back it was just a huge blaze right around the corner."

He says TN Foods Inc. sells dry foods, and in the back of the warehouse, he saw pallets of ramen noodle on fire.

Luckily, no one was injured.
