In the last six years, Crime Stoppers of Michigan has received 33,000 anonymous tips. It awarded $530,000 to those people who provided information that led to a suspect’s arrest.
In the last five years, those tips have solved 60 homicides and 39 robberies and carjackings. They also led to the capture of 240 fugitives.
