The shooting of two children at an unlicensed home daycare in Dearborn is landing a couple in court today.

Timothy and Samantha Eubanks are facing child abuse and gun charges.
They are accused of leaving a gun within the reach of their 3-year-old son who shot two other 3-year-olds at home in September.
One of the victims remains in the hospital.
