DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Dearborn Heights police are looking for a woman who stole Tide Pods from a Family Dollar.
She stole about $80 worth of Tide Pods from the location on Van Born Road in Dearborn Heights, according to police. She put the Tide Pods into her purse before walking toward the store's exit, where she set off the security alarm.
After the manager asked her what was in her purse, she said that she had a gun inside her purse and asked him if he wanted to see it.
Police said the woman is black with shoulder-length black hair. She was wearing a gray Jurassic Park t-shirt, black stretch pants, sunglasses and a headband.
