DEARBORN, Mich. (WXYZ) — A Kroger in Dearborn is set to close down later this month.
The 23000 Michigan Avenue location will close its door "due to financial reasons," according to a company spokesperson in a statement.
Employees will be offered positions at other local locations.
We will be closing our Kroger location in Dearborn, located at 23000 Michigan Ave on May 18th, due to financial reasons. All employees will be offered employment at other area stores to continue to remain part of the Kroger family of stores. Additionally, we operate a Kroger store across the street and are looking forward to serving our customers there.
