The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is putting up land for sale in counties across Michigan.
Counties include: Alpena, Antrim, Clare, Crawford, Emmet, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Lake, Livingston, Marquette, Menominee, Midland, Newaygo, Oakland, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, Roscommon and Schoolcraft.
There will be 81 land parcels up for auction beginning Tuesday, Dec. 11 through Jan. 9, 2019.
The Department says sealed bids must be submitted by mail.
