PONTIAC, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is investigating an attempted kidnapping at the Star Party Store in Pontiac on Saturday.
The male suspect attempted to grab a woman's 3-year-old daughter from her. Deputies say when the man was unable to pull the child, he fled on foot from the party store.
The suspect was later located by officers and arrested. He's now at the Oakland County Jail awaiting charges.
