WARREN, Mich. (WXYZ) — A Detroit police officer has been convicted in a dine-and-dash incident that happened at a restaurant in Warren last year, according to Macomb County Circut Court records.
On Jan. 7, a jury convicted 26-year-old Rochelle Mayberry of defrauding an innkeeper.
The offense is a misdemeanor. Mayberry could face up to 90 days in jail.
