Thousands of workers are putting the finishing touches on what is expected to be one of the biggest auto shows to hit the Motor City.
But it's what you don't see that's going to keep you and thousands of others from across the globe safe when you step inside Cobo.
This year, security is a big concern.
"We are totally coordinated with the federal government on all issues and there's no indication of a terrorist threat," said Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan. "It's something that Chief Craig is on top of, something that the federal authorities are on top of --and I think you're going to see some very good security."
According to Chairman of the North American International Auto Show Paul Sabatini, you'll also see some amazing displays.
