DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan delivered his State of the City address Tuesday night.

The second-term mayor has been focused on rebuilding Detroit's neighborhoods.

The speech was delivered at East English Village Preparatory Academy in Detroit.
