Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan plans to honor those who helped rescue a pregnant woman who fell into the Detroit River last month.

WATCH LIVE CEREMONY AT 10 A.M.

A fisherman spotted Ethel Woodger, who was 9 months pregnant at the time, in the icy waters near Riverside Park.

A pair of fast-acting police officers and a medic jumped into the river to save her.

There will be a ceremony at 10 a.m. this morning at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center.

It will also be Woodger's first chance to thank those who saved her.
