The Detroit police Department is asking for the public's help locating a woman who suffers from schizophrenia and strokes.
Sheila Hines, 56, disappeared at approximately 12:42 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. She was last seen by a family member at the Medical Pavilion on East Jefferson.
A relative was picking up Sheila's medication at the pharmacy at the time.
Sheila also has a tracheotomy from her battle with throat cancer.
