DETROIT (WXYZ) — A Detroit police cruiser was involved in a wreck overnight.
Around 3:50 a.m., troopers responded to reports of a traffic crash on southbound I-75 and Clay in Detroit. The crash involved a Detroit Police Department explorer and another vehicle, according to MSP.
The two officers in the explorer and the sole driver in the other vehicle were all taken to a local hospital with "very minor injuries."

What caused the crash is still unknown at this time.
7 Action News reporter Matthew Smith was at the scene in the 4:00 a.m. hour, where he counted a total of seven cruisers blocking a portion of traffic.
