Detroit police confirm that Detroit Deputy Chief Ulysha Renee Hall will become the police chief for the city of Dallas, Texas.
She is the first female chief in the city of Dallas' history. The Detroit Police Department is expecting to hold a news conference regarding the move at 2:30 p.m.
