Detroit police are searching for a gray sedan involved in an early morning shooting that left one man dead on the city's west side.
Charlie Ferguson, 58, was known as Chap to his friends and family. He was shot dead in his front yard around 5:30 a.m. Friday.
A neighbor said he heard three shots and saw Chap laying there on the ground.
Another told us Ferguson worked seven days a week in the roofing business. They also say a drug addiction could have gotten him killed.
