Detroit police are investigating a shooting and carjacking that happened this morning on the city's east side.
The incident reportedly occurred near a home in the 5700 block of Hurlbut.
We're told the victim was shot in the shoulder before his car was stolen.
Police say a gray Chrysler 300 was taken in the incident. The license plate is DKX 5575.
The suspects are described as four black males, all believed to be armed.
