Detroit police are investigating after an officer was involved in an accident on the city's east side Friday afternoon.
The officer was involved in the crash on Davison near Conant. A FedEx truck was also involved in the accident.
Police tell us one officer was taken to Detroit Receiving Hospital. It's not clear the extent of their injuries.
