Police say they have found a young girl that was last seen by her mother on June 9 at 9:30 a.m. when she dropped her off at Palmer Park Academy.
Shaliya Bell is 13-years-old, 117 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Police said Wednesday that she had been located on the east side. The discovery came just as a search was being organized.
Her mother says she was found during another search by family members when she was spotted.
Police have not commented on the recovery.
