Detroit police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 20-year-old who suffers from mental health issues.
Police say Ciera White was last seen at her home in the 7400 block of American on May 6.
Ciera was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black leggings. She's around 5'4" and 140 pounds.
