DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police have located a missing 12-year-old boy who left home after an argument with his mother on Sept. 19.
Gary'ion Truelove ran away from his home in the 12000 block of Elmdale around 8 p.m. on Sept. 19. His mother says he has a history of running away.
The 12-year-old was last seen wearing a black shirt, tan shorts, black socks and flip flops. He's in good physical condition but suffers from a mental health condition, police say.
Gary'ion was located Sunday afternoon and has returned home safely, police said.
