DETROIT (WXYZ) — UPDATE: Michael Cowling has been found safe and returned home, according to Detroit police.

The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 62-year-old man from Eastpointe who they say suffers from memory loss and may have traveled to Bramford Street in Detroit before going missing.
Police say Michael Cowling drove away from his home in Eastpointe Monday around 2 p.m., and never returned. He was driving a 2014 Chevy Captiva.
Cowling's family is concerned for his safety because of his memory loss and fear that he may be lost.
Cowling is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has a dark complexion with a low beard. He was last seen wearing a nylon jacket, jogging pants, black and white gym shoes.
