UPDATE: Helen Cochran has been found, according to Detroit Police.

Detroit police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 55-year-old woman with Dementia. 

Helen Cochran was last seen by her caregiver on Monday, Nov. 26 at 4 p.m. She was in the 12000 block of Coyle. 

According to a release, Cochran was picked-up by her medical transportation company at 10:45 a.m. to be transported to a dialysis appointment, but she never returned from her appointment. 

Cochran's caregiver, Nikki Williams, says she concerned for the woman's safety. 

Cochran has a medium brown complexion. No other description was provided. She needs to take dialysis treatments several times a week.
