DETROIT (WXYZ) — Joyce Osley was last seen at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, after she was dropped off at Detroit Metropolitan Airport by her neighbor to purchase airline tickets.
Osley, 62, is listed a "serious missing," by police. Her family says she suffers from an undisclosed mental health condition.
The missing woman was last seen wearing a white button shirt, black capri pants and white open-toe sandals.
