Detroit police seek suspect in critical hit-and-run on city's east side

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are looking for a hit-and-run suspect who hit a 45-year-old man leaving him in critical condition.

The incident happened June 26 at 10:26 p.m. in the 7300 block of Mack Ave. on Detroit's east side.

The suspect's vehicle was traveling east on Mack Avenue when the victim crossed the street and was hit.

Police describe the vehicle involved as a white, late model Crown Victoria with possible front-end damage.
