The second annual Detroit Youth Summer Jam is set to take place on Thursday, July 28.
It's a time for young people to gather at Chene Park to participate in a number of fun and engaging activities, including a music concert.
The event is organized by the Detroit Police Department and is focused on creating positive interaction between youth and the Detroit Police Department.
There will be a number of educational stations for young people to visit on what's being call the "Path to Greatness."
