DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing teen with a mental health condition.

Officers say Aaliyah Clark, 16, was last seen Thursday, Jan. 31, by her family in the 2300 block of Tyler Street in Detroit at 2 p.m.

Clark left the location without permission and did not return. Police say the teen is in good physical condition but has a mental condition. The specifics of that condition was not provided to media.

Clark is 5 feet, 5 inches tall. She has a light brown complexion and was last seen wearing a black sweater, black jacket, brown Ugg boots, a red bandanna and blue skinny jeans.
