Detroit Tigers move up start time for Sept. 10 game for Lions Monday Night Football game

DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Detroit Tigers game against the Houston Astros has been moved up to 6:10 p.m. as the Detroit Lions home opener is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. on Monday Night Football.

The Lions game will also be the team's home opener against the New York Jets.

Fans going to the game and looking for parking will have priority until 5 p.m. in the D Garage, and fans are encouraged to arrive early and pay for parking online at tigers.com/parking or ParkDistrictDetroit.com.

All 33 Olympia Development lots will be available for fans at a first-come-first-serve basis.
