Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera is facing a paternity suit in Florida.
Online records show the suit was filed in Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in Orange County, which covers Orlando.
It was filed in August by a woman named Belkis Rodriguez. Online records show that mediation has been scheduled and deposition are scheduled.
The case is pending before Judge Patricia A. Doherty
