Detroit Urban Craft Fair to be held this weekend in downtown Detroit

The Detroit Urban Craft Fair celebrates its 11th anniversary at the Masonic Temple, December 2- 4, 2016. 

The fair showcases more than 100 juried vendors, selling traditionally made handicrafts with a modern twist.
Crafters from Michigan and around the Midwest will sell jewelry, clothing, accessories, home decor, bath products, children's items, print and paper goods and other handmade wares. Delectabowl will serve food Saturday and Sunday to the public, and show favorite DJ Dave Lawson returns to play records all weekend.

The fair takes place at the Masonic Temple, located at 500 Temple Street in Detroit. It will run from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3 and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4.

Admission to DUCF's Opening Night will be $10 on Dec. 2. Admission on Dec. 3 and 4 costs $1, with children 12 and under admitted free. The first 50 shoppers to arrive Saturday morning Dec. 3 will receive a free, limited edition, swag bag courtesy of DUCF and participating vendors.
