Thursday, many people were watching former FBI Director James Comey at work and even on their lunch break to hear his testimony.

Restaurants in Royal Oak were showing more news than sports.

Shayne Daley says he watched while at home and when he went

"I was surprised that he was still open and his disdain for President Trump."

Bill Barnwell with Barnwell Law was watching and says hes looking at it from a criminal attorney perspective.

"I think he's taking this very personal he saw that in his opening remarks he took the firing personal and how it was done and the fact that he felt the need to take notes every time that he was with the president," Barnwell says.

Leos Coney Island on Main Street in Royal Oak will be offering Coneys for $1.00 all you have to say is Comey.
