DPD seek person of interest in shooting of 3-year-old girl

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are looking for a person of interest in connection to the non-fatal shooting of a 3-year-old girl late Wednesday.

The shooting happened in the 7300 block of Nett St. around 10 p.m.

Ry'liee Bailey, 3, was in her car seat inside her mother's gray Dodge Charger when unknown suspects began shooting at each other. The child was hit in the body and taken to a hospital where she's listed in temporary serious condition.

Detroit police are now looking for Brandon Johnson, a person of interest in this case. Police believe he may have information on this crime.
