RAY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police have arrested the driver responsible for the deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist in Ray Township.
The crash happened Tuesday morning in the area of 27 Mile Road and Romeo Plank Road.
According to police, the driver is a 46-year-old Ray Township man. He is currently in police custody. When taken into custody, police say the suspect was still driving the vehicle believed to be involved in the accident.
The victim in the accident has been identified as Joseph Frank Jaye from Ray Township.
