Witnesses reported to police that the pick up was traveling at a high rate of speed and drove into the back of the semi. The 50-year-old male driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment and a chemical blood test.
MSP says a check of the suspect’s driver’s license showed he has four prior operating while intoxicated (OWI) convictions.
