Every weekend since early May, Metro Detroit has experienced a period of rain on either Saturday or Sunday. Unfortunately, this soggy pattern may hold on into another weekend.

The week ahead will have its fair share of rain chances, which comes as no surprise given the pattern we've experienced over the last few weeks. Another upper level low (like the one we experienced last weekend) will form around the Great Lakes providing opportunities for rain over the next several days. Timing will be key and those details will be fine tuned as we get closer.
