(WXYZ) — This Elvis may not be the King of Rock and Roll but he's surely the King of Crow, and he's growing in popularity on social media.
The Michigan Humane Society announced Sunday that Elvis, a 2-year-old rooster, is now up for adoption. The post garnered more than 800 shares in just two hours, with several inquiring about the bird and others taking advantage of some pretty clever jokes regarding the rooster's name.
Elvis loves being around people and relaxing in the sun, according to the Michigan Humane Society. He'll be a great fit for a family with appropriate and legal housing for him.
Anyone interested in adopting Elvis should reach out to the Michigan Humane Society at 866-MHUMANE starting Monday morning.
