"Hush reels" are the messages you see played before movies, reminding people to turn off their cell phones.
At Emagine Theatres, CEO Paul Glantz takes a role in several hush reels, but now, high school students have the chance to make their own -- and their work could be seen by movie audiences at each Emagine location.
The company is holding a contest for high school students in metro Detroit. Glantz spoke about the contest with 7 Action News.
The deadline is April 10. For more information, visit Emagine's website, here.
