DETROIT (WXYZ) — Empty Bowls Detroit 2020 at Eastern Market will be held Friday, March 6 from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The annual fundraiser benefits the food programs at Cass Community Social Services.
Guests will enjoy soup, bread, cheese, beer, wine and dessert donated by more than 30 of metro Detroit's restaurants, grocers, merchants and organizations.
Detroit singer-songwriter Apropos will headline the event.
7 Action News This Morning anchors Keenan Smith and Alicia Smith will be serving soup at the fundraiser.
