Family members and friends gathered for a candlelight vigil Saturday to remember Nidhal Yousif, a mother of four killed in a car accident.
The accident happened Jan. 16 near 17 Mile and Ryan Road in Sterling Heights.
Police said a 73-year-old man crashed head-on into Yousif's minivan. The man, who also died at the scene, was speeding on the wrong side of the road, police added.
"You are the best mom anyone could ever ask for," said daughter Alicia. "I will see you in heaven my beautiful mama."
