RIVER ROUGE, Mich. (WXYZ) — The family of Kimberly Green, 52, held a candlelight vigil and released balloons in her honor on Thursday.
"Our family is devastated," Royce Jackson said. "We want justice."
Jackson is a cousin of Green but called her his sister. He said they were inseparable.
"She was an angel," Jackson said. "We lost a beautiful soul unnecessarily, untimely, for no reason."
[Cont’d] Family members of Kimberly Green, 52, remember her life after she was shot and killed in River Rouge.
I’m told Green worked for a Catholic social services group in Ann Arbor.
