Farmington Hills police investigate potential stranger danger incident

FARMINGTON HILLS (WXYZ) — The Farmington Hills Police Department is looking for leads in a possible stranger danger incident involving a child.

The incident happened Sunday, June 14 around 4 p.m. in the area of Dohany Drive inside a subdivision between Power and 10 Mile roads.

Police say a child was riding a bike when a person in a green SUV – possibly a Mercedes G-Wagon – stopped to ask the child if they wanted a ride. The child refused the ride and left to contact a parent. The police were called.

The suspect is described as an older man between 55 and 65 years old.
