FARMINGTON, Mich. (WXYZ) — Farmington Public Schools' Board of Education has started its process to hire a new superintendent.
The Board is asking residents to weigh in on the qualities, experiences and skills needed for the position. Anyone interested is encouraged to participate in the process.
Your input can be shared in an online survey found here.
The survey is being administered by the MASB Executive Search Service and takes about ten minutes to complete. Anonymous individual responses will be combined with those from the face-to-face meetings with stakeholders to provide important community input to the Farmington Public Schools Board of Education as it develops superintendent selection criteria. The survey will close 11 pm, Tuesday, March 26, 2019.
The new superintendent is expected take the position on July 1.
